OK, folks.  This is a beautiful cookbook to behold, it's got recipes many of us grew up with (or our parents and grandparents did), and all proceeds from the sale of this book go to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Foundation.  Read stories and get some new recipes.    I can't wait to make shlishkes, but the kugel and Hungarian Goulash are also gonna be made at some point as well.
