This is a product I reach for almost daily.  It is great for zesting citrus, grating really hard cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano, grating chocolate (looks great on top of a pillow of whipped cream) or nutmeg, and makes quick(er) work of mincing ginger and garlic (think: making garlic butter for garlic bread or anything else).  If you don't have one of these, I highly recommend you get one.  Really.
