New York Times Passover Cookbook
This is my GO-TO cookbook for Passover cooking. The salmon gefilte fish recipe in here will make your guests super happy, but I also use sevreal other recipes as well. (There are 25 pages just on gefilte fish -- think about that). I literally do not look at any other passover cookbook and have been recommending this one for about 20 years (I have an earlier edition).
