Easy & Delicious Baby Back Ribs

This recipe is utterly delectable, yields succulent ribs, and is so easy to make that it is stupid. It has eliminated my preconceived notion about needing a grill to get great barbecue ribs at home.
Ingredients
Pork ribs – as many racks as you want. 1 rack serves 2-3 people usually
Favorite barbeque sauce (store or home-made, see below)
Preparation
1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Â
2.     Salt and pepper the ribs generously.
Â
3.     Line a baking pan with foil (heavy-duty is best) and place your ribs on it. Depending on how many ribs you make, you might need two pans and/ or you might need to cut the racks in half.
Â
4.     Cover the ribs with foil. This steams them and helps to make them tender.
Â
5.     Bake at 350 for 1½ hours (you can sometimes get away with a bit less time if the ribs aren't huge and it starts to smell like things are cooking faster). Check for tender by poking with a knife -- if it has little to no resistance, the ribs are ready.
Â
6.     Remove top foil and drain any accumulated grease/juices.
Â
7.     Add your favorite BBQ sauce generously to both sides of ribs. (I always keep a stash of Ina Garten's homemade BBQ sauce in the fridge as it is the favorite in my house, from the BBQ chicken recipe in The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/barbecued-chicken-recipe2-1943094).
Â
8.     Bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
